What happens to the information you send us through this website.
This website is a plain, static site. It does not use advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Information you send us
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into the contact form or the volunteer form — typically your name, email address, phone number and your message.
Form submissions are delivered to the trust by email through a third-party form service. That service processes the submission in order to pass it on to us.
How we use it
We use your details only to:
- reply to your enquiry;
- discuss volunteering with you; and
- keep a record of correspondence relating to the trust's work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the trust except where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are relevant to the trust's activities, and remove them when they are not.
Photographs on this site
The photographs published here document the trust's charitable activities. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@passitontrust.org or to the registered office address below, and we will respond.
